Custom PVC Patches

Custom PVC patches use molded material to give logos defined edges and a flexible rubber-like feel. PVC rubber patches are a practical option for outdoor branding, tactical gear and designs that benefit from dimensional color areas.

Starting from $1.99 / patch. Final pricing depends on your specification and quantity.

Choose 2D or 3D PVC detail

A 2D design uses distinct levels with relatively flat surfaces. A 3D PVC patch can introduce rounded or sculpted areas. Both need enough space between elements for a clear mold. Simplify very small text, separate color regions and identify which parts of the logo should be raised before the tooling is prepared.

Backing and outdoor use

PVC does not absorb water like a textile face, but the attachment and garment still matter. For waterproof PVC patch applications, discuss the whole assembly instead of assuming the backing seals the garment. Hook and loop supports removable gear panels; a sewing channel can help with a stitched attachment.

Tooling, quantities and proofs

Custom PVC rubber patches require mold preparation. Confirm whether tooling is included in the quote, the minimum quantity and how a later design change affects setup. Approve the dimensions, colors and relief levels together. For a reorder, provide the previous order reference and identify any changes before production is scheduled.

Questions about custom pvc patches

Is a rubber patch always PVC?

No. Rubber is often used informally for flexible molded patches, but silicone and other materials have different properties. Confirm the actual material in your quote.

Can PVC patches use hook and loop backing?

Hook and loop is an available attachment option for PVC in our core range. Provide the dimensions of the receiving panel so the patch can be sized correctly.
